4 Wheel Drive Permits for the 2007-2008 season will go on sale Monday,
March 3rd in the
City Hall Lobby during the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Four
Wheel Drive Vehicles on the Beach 
Driving a four-wheel
drive is permitted on the beach, as long as a permit is obtained. (See fee table below.)
Applicants should present a valid driver’s license, auto registration and proof of insurance. Permit holders must follow rules and regulations of permit.

Vehicle owners 60 & over $80
Replace lost permit $25
