The City Manager is the chief executive and administrative official of the City. His duties are to execute all laws and ordinances of the City, to negotiate all contracts for the City, to recommend the nature and location of improvements and to execute said improvements, and to report to Council as to the City's operations and financial condition and to perform such other duties as required by Council.
