Any individual who has outstanding warrants issued for NON-PAYMENT of fines and has their driving privileges suspended, (suspended only for non- payment) will be eligible for the Fresh Start Program. You will be required to:

-   Pay at least 50% of the total fine amount due in order to resume your payment plan and re-instate your driving privileges.

-   Come to the Brigantine Municipal Court, Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM; complete a new payment plan application, disclosing information that would allow the Court to contact you if necessary.
