All Rental units must be registered and inspected annually. Rental units must be registered with the Fire Official or his designee. The Fire Official will provide forms for that purpose. Rental units must be inspected for the purposes of determining compliance with the Municipal Land Use Article, the Housing Code and/or the UCC Code, the Uniform Fire Code of the State of New Jersey and/or the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code.
